The children should have all brought home their Maths-a-thon basic facts sheet and sponsor forms today - keep up the practising at home ready for the basic facts test on Monday 28th August.
K15 did some problem solving activities using straws. The first problem was to see how many complete squares they could make out of 20 straws.
The second problem required 4 full length straws and 4 1/2 straws, with the challenge to make 3 complete squares all the same size.
